We currently have 25 employees and are planning further growth.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Sales strategy development:
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies that align with DT Mapping’s objectives for revenue growth.
  • Set specific performance goals and benchmarks to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  1. Client engagement:
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, email outreach, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
  1. Solution presentation:
  • Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of DT Mapping’s solutions to prospective customers, tailoring presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical insights to showcase the value of our offerings.
  1. Negotiation and deal closing:
  • Develop and present proposals that resonate with client requirements, negotiating terms and pricing for favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with their long-term business objectives.
  1. CRM management:
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress within the CRM system to enhance tracking and forecasting.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management to assess effectiveness and inform decision making.
  1. Collaboration with marketing:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate insights from the field into marketing campaigns, refine sales materials, and optimize strategies that convert leads into customers.
  • Participate in the development of targeted marketing initiatives as needed.
  1. Industry awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in technology solutions to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance professional growth and identify new business opportunities.

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the technology solutions sector.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building relationships and credibility with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, backed by quantifiable achievements.
  • Motivated, results-driven approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking opportunities is essential.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:
800 – 1200 EUR
